Flemming Christoffersen
Flemming Christoffersen was born in Copenhagen, Denmark where he studied Graphic Design and Illustration for four years at the Copenhagen Institute of Art. Upon moving to Dublin in 1968, he worked as an Art Director in various eminent advertising agencies and, since 1989, has enjoyed a highly successful career as a freelance illustrator, whilst continuing to pursue his passion for painting.
His love of fly-fishing, listening to and playing traditional Irish music has been highly influential on his chosen subject and his fluis, energetic approach to painting. He currently lives in Bray with his wife, who is from Cork and their two children.
